The Trade Show is a staple of Mineral Exploration Roundup and presents an unparalleled opportunity to visit a wide cross-section of companies working in the mineral exploration and mining sector. In addition to the daily receptions (4:00 pm to 5:00 pm), both the Baron of Beef Lunch and the Beer and Sandwich Lunch take place on the trade show floor. The companies exhibiting change daily, so make sure you visit the trade show regularly so you don’t miss out.
The Trade Show will run January 26 - January 29, 2009, at the Westin Bayshore, Vancouver.
The trade show booths for Mineral Exploration Roundup 2009 are given to the exhibitors from the previous year with the first right of refusal and then any remaining and new spaces are allocated on a first come, first serve basis to the companies on the waiting list.
